Bayern-Chemie is developing a robust, simple and cost-effective propulsion system for the ENFORCER small missile, which has already proven its performance and reliability in several test flights.
The cost advantages for the propulsion system result primarily from the use of effective manufacturing processes, such as those used in the automotive sector.
The ENFORCER complements shoulder-launched infantry systems and can act very precisely against a wider range of targets. The concept was developed based on the operational experience of the German Armed Forces and other friendly armed forces. This revealed the need for a small, lightweight, inexpensive precision multi-purpose weapon that could be operated by one man. The ENFORCER has already been purchased by the German armed forces and is also sold for export. Due to its success, a missile family concept is planned that will address a much broader range of targets.
