Values and guidelines
Values and guidelines are important components of our corporate culture, contain our self-image as a company and provide orientation in management and cooperation.
These values influence how employees behave within the company, how they work together and how they are perceived by others outside the company. Values and guidelines are more than just words. They are the building blocks of our own corporate identity, the basis of our self-image and the foundation of our actions.

Ensuring the sustainable success of the company requires that the goals and tasks of each individual are aligned with the achievement of the company's objectives. We must work together as a team on the basis of our shared values. With our guidelines on leadership and cooperation, we want to ensure that we achieve our corporate goals and shape a management and work culture in which employees enjoy working and can perform well.
We are convinced that respecting the principle of equal treatment towards our employees is an essential part of our culture of values and an important pillar of our HR policy. We reject any form of unjustified discrimination and want to use the guidelines on equal treatment to provide our employees with important cornerstones for protection against discrimination.
Bayern-Chemie is committed to combating all forms of discrimination and harassment and, in particular, to ensuring that no employee is discriminated against or disadvantaged when selecting applicants, nominating candidates for training and development programmes, allocating tasks and structuring working conditions.
The employees of Bayern-Chemie have a right to be treated with respect and dignity. We are convinced that this is the fundamental basis for successful cooperation. Behaviour and actions that violate this right in the form of discrimination or harassment are unacceptable to us as a company.
